How to Customize the End Page of Your Questionnaire in Evalandgo?


At the end of a questionnaire, Evalandgo allows you to display a custom end page to your respondents.
You can include many elements such as scores, conditional messages, buttons, payments, charts, and more.
This improves the respondent experience and can boost engagement.

Follow the steps below to easily configure your end page using the new editor.


Steps to Customize Your End Page

1. Access the End Page

  • Go to the Creation module of your questionnaire.

  • Click on the End Page tab.

2. Add the Desired Elements

Adding elements works the same way as adding questions.
From the right-hand panel:

  • Choose an element.

  • Configure it.

  • Click Save


Available Elements

Personalized Message

  • Display a free text message.

  • Optionally condition it based on responses or respondent scores.

Social Media Buttons

  • Allow respondents to share the questionnaire.

  • Choose the networks.

  • Define the accompanying text.

PDF Export Button

  • Let respondents download the end page as a PDF.

  • Customize the button title and color.

Restart Questionnaire Button

  • Add a button allowing respondents to submit a new response.

Payment Form (via Stripe)

  • Allow respondents to make a payment at the end of the questionnaire.

  • Connect your Stripe account via API key.

  • Choose a fixed amount or condition it based on responses.

  • Define a confirmation message and post-payment behavior.

InfoInfo: If your questionnaire is embedded on a web page (iframe), the payment will open in a new tab for Stripe security reasons.

Response Summary / Corrections

  • Display the respondent’s answers, along with corrections if Quiz Options are enabled.


Respondent Score

  • Display a score (points or %) if you have enabled Quiz Options in your questions.


Multi-score Elements (if enabled)

  • Best Score: with customizable text and display mode.

  • Score Table: display a table of scores by category.

  • Radar or Bar Chart: visualize scores in radar, bar, or column format (minimum 3 categories).

Graphic Customization for Charts:

  • Choose a single color or multiple colors by score.

  • Define background zones according to score ranges.


Conditional Display of Elements

  • You can display an element only if certain conditions are met.

  • Click the arrows or three dots on the right of the element.

  • Select Conditional Logic.

  • Configure the display rules.


Modify, Delete, or Reorganize Elements

  • Click the element or the three dots on the right to edit or delete it.

  • Use the arrows on the left of the element to drag and drop it into a new position.

Why Is an Element Grayed Out?

If an element is grayed out, it means the associated options are not activated.

Examples:

  • Score-related elements → require Quiz Options.

  • Multi-score elements → require at least one custom score to be configured.
