Why some words don't appear in the Word Cloud?
Evalandgo's word cloud relies on automatic word answers processing in order to keep only truly meaningful terms. Some words are therefore voluntarily ignored or grouped together to ensure a more relevant analysis.
How does our word cloud work?
When a respondent enters text, the tool:
Analyzes each word and normalizes the text (lower case, deletion of punctuation...).
Count the frequency of appearance of terms.
Automatically filter certain elements (stopwords, words too short, irrelevant characters).
Group some similar forms.
This processing ensures a readable cloud, centered on key ideas expressed by your respondents.
Why may a specific word not appear?
Here are the most common reasons:
It is one of the stopwords.
It is too short.
It rarely appears in the answers.
It was merged with another form.
It contains a spelling mistake or an unrecognized variant.
It contains an unsupported emoji, number or symbol.
