Why is my questionnaire locked?

This article applies to FREE accounts only.

When your trial period ends (14 days after registration) or if you do not renew your subscription, your account is automatically downgraded to the FREE version.

In this case, some questionnaires may become locked.

When is a questionnaire locked?

A questionnaire is locked if it was created during the trial and uses features not included in the FREE plan, such as:

  • PRO or PRO+ features
  • More than 10 questions
  • Live mode 
These elements are not available in the FREE version, which causes the questionnaire to be locked.

What happens when a questionnaire is locked?

When your questionnaire is locked:
  1. You can no longer access the configuration
  2. Results are no longer accessible
  3. The questionnaire continues collecting responses 
InfoAdvanced end page elements (PRO / PRO+) are automatically hidden.


How can I unlock my questionnaire?

To regain full access to your questionnaire (configuration + results), you need to subscribe to the appropriate plan:
  • PRO plan → for PRO features
  • PRO+ plan → if your questionnaire uses advanced PRO+ features.

    If you choose a plan that does not match the features used, the questionnaire will remain locked.

  • A trial extension may be granted if fewer than 25 responses have been collected
  • Your data is not deleted and will be available again after subscribing
