Why is my questionnaire locked?

The 14-day trial period starts as soon as you publish your questionnaire (sharing the link, sending invitations, etc.).
After 14 days, if no subscription matching the features used has been activated, the questionnaire will be locked.

Why is it locked?

Because the 14-day trial has ended and no corresponding subscription has been activated.

Consequences of locking

1. The questionnaire settings and results are no longer accessible.

2. PRO / PRO+ end page elements are hidden.

3. The questionnaire can still continue collecting responses.

How to unlock it?

Click on Subscribe from the questionnaire and choose the appropriate plan:

1. Questionnaire with PRO+ features → PRO+ subscription required.
   

1. Questionnaire created with Free trial features → PRO subscription required.
   
   

If you subscribe to PRO while your questionnaire uses PRO+ features, it will remain locked.
