Certain quantitative limitations apply during the trial.
White-labeling cannot be activated
- With a Trial account, the "White-labeling" feature is disabled.
Response limit in questionnaire mode
- Only the first 25 responses are accessible in the results
- Data collection continues beyond this limit
Participant limit in Live mode
- Maximum of 3 participants per Live session
Email sending limit via the platform
- Maximum of 25 emails over the entire trial period (14 days)
- This is a limit specific to the trial account to prevent abuse
- It is not related to the PRO/PRO+ quotas (see the "paid plans" section)
- Once the limit is reached, email sending is blocked
- PRO subscription (2,000 emails/month) or PRO+ subscription (10,000 emails/month)
API, webhooks and integrations (Make / Zapier)
- APIs and webhooks are not accessible during the trial, but you can send us a written request to gain access.

- If no subscription has been purchased, the account automatically switches to a Free account.
