This account is 100% free, requires no credit card, and allows you to test all advanced features — just like a PRO+ account.

The trial account is ideal for exploring the full capabilities of the platform before choosing a subscription that fits your needs.

What is the Evalandgo trial account?

  1. Automatically created upon registration
  2. Free and without commitment
  3. Access to all PRO and PRO+ features
  4. 14-day duration
  5. No credit card required

What features are available during the trial?

During the trial period, you benefit from all PRO+ features with no functional restrictions, including:
  1. Advanced questionnaire creation
  2. Logic conditions and scoring
  3. Interactive Live mode
  4. Email distribution
  5. API, webhooks, and integrations (Make/Zapier)
  6. Analytics and reporting

In the Create module, a list allows you to view the PRO and/or PRO+ advanced features already used, just like in your questionnaire list.

What are the limitations of the trial account?

Certain quantitative limits apply during the trial.


White-label cannot be activated

  1. In Trial mode, the “Remove Evalandgo” feature is disabled.

Response limit (Questionnaire mode)

  1. Only the first 25 responses are accessible in the results
  2. Data collection continues beyond this limit

Participant limit (Live mode)

  1. Maximum of 3 participants per Live session

Email sending limit (via the platform)

  1. Maximum of 25 emails during the entire trial period
  2. Once the limit is reached, sending is blocked
  3. You may subscribe to continue your follow-ups

API, webhooks and integrations (Make / Zapier)

  1. APIs and webhooks are available during the trial
  2. The 25-response-per-questionnaire limit also applies
Beyond 25 responses:
  1. Additional responses are not added
  2. They are neither visible nor transmitted via API or webhooks

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

At the end of the 14 days:
  1. If no subscription has been purchased, the account automatically switches to a Free account
  2. No action is required on your part
Questionnaires created during the trial that contain:
  1. PRO / PRO+ features
  2. or more than 10 questions
will be locked.
  1. Response collection remains open even if the questionnaire is locked
  2. Live mode is no longer available

How does the Free account work?

The Free account allows you to continue using Evalandgo with limited features.

Features available in Free account

  1. Questionnaire mode only
  2. 25 visible responses per questionnaire
  3. Maximum of 10 questions per questionnaire
  4. Access to Free features

How can you remove the limitations?

You can subscribe to a PRO or PRO+ plan at any time.

Once payment is confirmed:
  1. All limitations are removed
  2. Your questionnaires are immediately unlocked
  3. You regain full access to the features included in your subscription
