My account is changing. What’s new?


To provide a clearer and more consistent experience, we have updated the way the FREE account works.
This evolution aims to better distinguish between free usage and advanced features designed for more structured projects.

The principle is simple:
  1. The FREE account remains available for creating and using simple questionnaires.
  2. Advanced features are now associated with our PRO and PRO+ subscriptions.

Which questionnaires remain accessible with a Free account?

Questionnaires without advanced features, referred to as FREE questionnaires, remain fully accessible.

You can continue to:
  1. Create and view your FREE questionnaires
  2. Collect responses
  3. Analyze your results within the limits of the FREE account

FREE questionnaires remain limited to 10 questions and 25 viewable responses.

What happens to questionnaires using PRO / PRO+ features?

Some questionnaires created in the past may include advanced features (PRO and/or PRO+).
In this case:
  1. These questionnaires are switched to locked mode
  2. You can no longer access the questionnaires or their results
This approach allows us to:
  1. Preserve existing questionnaires and collected responses
  2. Clearly distinguish between Free and advanced features
  3. Associate PRO and PRO+ features with the corresponding subscriptions

A FREE account focused on essentials

The FREE account is now designed as a space to:
  1. Discover the tool
  2. Create simple questionnaires
  3. Manage a low volume of responses without advanced features

Features that allow you to go further (logic conditions, automations, advanced analytics, multi-scores, Live mode, etc.) are available through PRO and PRO+ subscriptions, designed for more advanced and professional needs.
