My account is changing. What’s new?

This article applies only to Free account holders whose account was created before April 10, 2024.

Since December 10, 2025, the application has evolved with a new interface, new features, and an optimized experience for Free accounts.

What’s new with this update?

Thanks to this update, you can now:

  • use our new interactive quiz or survey module: Live Mode;

  • create your questionnaires faster with our AI Assistant;

  • copy and paste an existing questionnaire from another tool or template.


What’s changing for your Free account

By keeping your Free account, you can now test all available features when creating a new questionnaire, including those usually reserved for PRO and PRO+ plans.

New limits for the Free plan (new questionnaires only) : 
  1. Each questionnaire can contain up to 10 questions.
  2. You can view the first 25 collected responses for free.
  3. As soon as you start distributing your questionnaire, a 14-day trial period is automatically activated.

Once more than 25 responses are collected, your questionnaire will continue to collect responses, but access to the results will be locked.

At the end of your trial period  :
  1. Access to your questionnaire is locked;
  2. response collection continues in the background.
To regain full access to your questionnaire, you’ll need to subscribe to a PRO or PRO+ plan, depending on the features used.

About questionnaires created before December 10, 2025

Your questionnaire will display a FREE, PRO, or PRO+ label.
This label indicates the type of features used in your questionnaire. Hover over it to see which features are active.

If your questionnaire includes PRO or PRO+ features

After your first login (after December 10, 2025), you will have 30 days to access your questionnaire.
  1. During these 30 days, you can view all responses already collected, but new responses will not be accessible.
  2. PRO and PRO+ features will appear locked (padlock icon).
  3. After 30 days, access to your questionnaire will be locked.
Info
If your questionnaire was created while you had a paid subscription, response collection will stop after the 30-day period.
If your questionnaire was created while you were on a Free plan, response collection will continue with no time limit.

You can unlock your questionnaires at any time by subscribing to a PRO or PRO+ plan, depending on the features used.

If your questionnaire appears as FREE

Check the number of responses collected:

A – You have collected fewer than 25 responses
B – You have collected more than 25 responses
A – You have collected fewer than 25 responses
  1. All responses already collected are visible.
  2. Once you exceed 25 responses, new responses will be locked.
  3. PRO and PRO+ features will be locked (padlock icon) and can no longer be activated. To unlock your responses or use PRO / PRO+ features, you’ll need to upgrade to the appropriate subscription.
B – You have collected more than 25 responses
  1. All responses already collected remain visible.
  2. New responses will be locked.
  3. PRO and PRO+ features will be locked (padlock icon) and can no longer be activated. To use them, you’ll need to upgrade to the appropriate subscription.
