How do I configure your domain name authentication for your emails?

When you send a large number of emails from Evalandgo, some messages may arrive in spam or be blocked by the recipients' servers. To improve deliverability and use your own email address as a sender, you canAuthenticate your domain name.


Steps to authenticate your domain name


1. Go to the configuration settings

  1. Log in to your Evalandgo account
  2. Click onSettings of the account
  3. Go to the "Domain Name" tab

2. Start authentication

  1. Click on"Authenticate your domain"
  2. Enter yoursDomain name(e.g. : yourdomain.fr)
  3. Click on"Validate"


3. Recover DNS records

Once validated, a table"DNS Records"It is displayed. It contains the entries to integrate into your DNS zone (CNAME, TXT...).

Good to know: These operations must be carried out by your computer scientist or network administrator. Send them the information provided to configure your domain name.

What if you already have CNAME recordings?

If your domain already uses CNAME entries, you can opt for aCustomized DKIM selector:
  1. In the tab"Configuration of the domain name", click on"Authenticate your domain"
  2. Activate the option"Use a custom DKIM selector"
  3. Choose an identifier of up to 3 letters (e.g. : ABC)
  4. Click Validate to generate records specific to this subdomain
