As part of the evolution of our platform, the older version of the Evalandgo questionnaires will gradually be disabled. Here are the key steps to take and actions to anticipate to ensure a smooth transition to the new version.
From that date:
The "Publish" module will no longer be accessible.
You will no longer be able to send or restart your invitations by email, even if these actions have been scheduled in advance.
Questionnaires already released will remain active for collecting answers until 10 September 2025.
September 10, 2025 - End of response collection
- No more answers can be collected on the old questionnaires.
- However, access to existing results will remain possible via your account.
December 1, 2025 - Complete closure of the older version
- Old questionnaires will no longer be possible to create, modify or consult old questionnaires from the interface.
- The export of the results (especially CSV format) will remain available without time limits.
Convert your old questionnaires to the new version
You have the option to convert your old questionnaires to benefit from the new features while retaining your content:
1. Conversion creates a Copy of the questionnaire in the new version.
2. You can then edit it, customize your delivery, and continue analyzing your results in the updated environment.
