Where can I find my classic version surveys ?

Where can I find my classic version questionnaires on Evalandgo?


Since December 1, 2025, classic Evalandgo surveys have been disabled in your surveys list.
However, they remain accessible to export your results or convert them to the new version.

To access your classic surveys

1. Click on your email address at the top right.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. From the menu on the left, click Classic Version Surveys.
4. The list of your Classic surveys is then displayed.

Important information:
  1. Each user manages only their own classic surveys.
  2. Members of a PRO+ Team account can no longer access classic version surveys of their employees.
  3. Administrators can access it by logging in "as" the relevant user

Management of classic surveys

  1. Convert: creates a copy of the survey in the new version (without modifying the original).
  2. Export in CSV format: download the results by respondent.
  3. Delete: permanently erases the survey (irreversible action).
Idea
To create or edit your new surveys, open the menu Burger to the left of the Evalandgo logo and click on My surveys.

What you need to know

  1. The new survey has a new link→ Consider sharing it with your respondents.
  2. It is possible to redirect a link from an old version to a new survey. Contact us team for redirection by email: support@evalandgo.com
  3. Respondents of the classic version.They cannot be transferred towards the new version.
