What kind of questions are available about Evalandgo?

Evalandgo offers a wide variety of types of questions to build questionnaires adapted to all your objectives: satisfaction surveys, personality tests, assessments, registrations, diagnoses, etc.
Each type of question collects specific information, with or without visual formatting.

Types of questions available in the Creation module


Questions to choose from

1. Single choice
The respondent chooses Only one answeramong several options.

2. Multiple choice (checkboxes)
The respondent can Select several answersamong the list. You can limit the maximum number of responses allowed.

Open questions and texts

1. Open text
Free field to capture a short or long answer. You can adjust the block size of the response field, limit the number of characters and allow only numeric characters, for example for a postal code.

2. Number
Field reserved for encrypted input only for which the analyses will be of average, minimum, maximum, sum...

Evaluations and satisfaction

1. Raintg scale
Scale of values (e.g. 1 to 10). You can customize labels and captions.

2. Slider
Sliding cursor to note or quantify. You can customize the value of each notch.

4. Emoji Rating
Smiley emojis ranging from green to red or at least smiling to smiling.

5. Star Rating
rating system with stars. The number of icons varies and you can change the icon type.

Dates and forms

1. Date/time
Calendar to choose a date and/or time.

2. Contact Info
Associates credentials such as surname, first name, email address with respondents.

Ranking and indicators

1. Ranking
Allows the respondent to organize multiple responses in order of preference.

2. NPS
question specific to the Net Promoter Score (scoring from 0 to 10).

Complex and multimedia issues

1. Matrix grid
crossboard to compare several elements. Exists from different types of questions

2. File Upload
Allows the respondent to Attach a file(PDF, image...).

3. Drawing
Question to Drawed response or handwritten signature(e.g., sign a document or draw a diagram).

4. Allocation
