How do I import or copy and paste questions into my Live Mode quiz?

Evalandgo allows you to create your quizzes quickly with an option:
Importing a file or the copy and paste of your questions.

You can:

  • Import a file.docx,.pdfor.txt

  • Copy and paste a series of questions into the editor, page by page

To do this, click the button"Import or Copy/Paste Questions" when creating a quiz. 

Rules for Successful Import


Rule 1: A question = a block of text

Each question must be separated byTwo breaks of the line (Enter).

Alert
Make sure to insert a line break between the question and each answer choice.

Rule 2: Surround long texts with 3 quotation marks

If an option contains several lines (training title, description...), surround it with three quotation marks (""").

Rule 4: Add advanced options with hooks[ ]

The hooks allow you to:

  • Define a type of question:[type: unique]

  • Activate an "Other" response:[other]

  • Define a correct answer (quiz):[correct]

  • Adding a scale:[points:1]

  • Evalandgo automatically analyzes the content and determines the the most suitable type of question.

  3. A formatting error can prevent importing: check line breaks, square brackets, or hyphens.
