How do I duplicate a questionnaire in Evalandgo?

Duplicating a questionnaire lets you start from a ready-made template instead of building everything again. It is perfect for launching a new campaign based on a questionnaire that already works well, or for testing a variation. Here is how to do it in just a few clicks.

Duplicating a questionnaire is available on PRO and PRO+ plans (and during the free trial). It is not available on a free account.

Duplicate a questionnaire in a few clicks

1. Open the My questionnaires module.
2. Find the questionnaire you want to copy, then click the three dots (⋮) on the right of its row.
3. Select Duplicate.
4. In the window that opens, give the copy a name. A default name is already suggested, such as "Copy of …".
5. Choose whether to Copy respondents (include the answers already collected) and/or Copy reports (if the questionnaire has any).
6. Confirm. The copy appears in your list right away, ready to be renamed and edited freely.

Good to know: your respondents' answers are not copied by default. To keep them in the copy, remember to tick the Copy respondents option.

Good to know: the copy automatically keeps the translations, the files and the categories (tags) of the original questionnaire. There is nothing to upload again.

Share a copy with a colleague or a team

If your account has an active organization, you can send a copy straight into another member's workspace, without exporting anything.

1. Open the questionnaire's three dots (⋮) menu, then select Duplicate to.
2. Select one or more members or teams in your organization.
3. Confirm. A copy is created in each recipient's workspace.

Good to know: this option only appears if your account has an active organization. You do not appear in the list of recipients, since the point is to share the copy with other members.

What about a free account?

Duplication is not available on a free account. To use it, simply upgrade to a PRO or PRO+ plan.

Good to know: on a PRO plan, duplication is not possible for a questionnaire that uses PRO+ features, nor for a questionnaire in Live Mode. Those cases require a PRO+ plan. On a multi-user account, the owner can also remove this right from a member.

Good to know: in Live Mode, duplication works the same way, from the Duplicate action in the Live menu.
