Do you want to build a questionnaire, a quiz or a survey? Evalandgo lets you create your online questionnaire exactly the way you want, with no technical skills required. Thanks to an intuitive interface, you add your questions, customize the design, set your options and share your questionnaire in just a few minutes.

Start a new questionnaire

1. Log in to your Evalandgo account.
2. From your dashboard, click the "+ New questionnaire" button.
3. Choose your starting method, then let the editor open so you can begin building your questionnaire.

Good to know: there are three ways to start. Starting from a blank questionnaire is available on all plans. Generating questions with AI and importing a question file are available from the PRO plan. You can also duplicate an existing questionnaire to reuse a ready-made setup, rename it at any time, and find all your projects in the "My questionnaires" section.

Add and organize your questions

Once your questionnaire is created, you land in the Creation module. This is where everything comes together:

1. Add your questions (single choice, multiple choice, text, scale, form, and many more).
2. Spread your questions across several pages to structure the flow.
3. Turn on scoring if you are building a quiz, to award points and show correct answers.

Good to know: use drag and drop to rearrange your pages and questions in seconds.

Customize the look of your questionnaire

Go to the Design module to fine-tune what your respondents will see:

1. Pick a theme from the Evalandgo design library.
2. Add your logo, a header image or a footer.
3. Create a custom design from the "My designs" tab to go further (colors, fonts, custom CSS).

Creating custom designs ("My designs") is available from the PRO plan. The theme library stays available on all plans.

Good to know: white labeling (removing the Evalandgo logo and using a custom subdomain) is reserved for PRO+ and PRO+ Team plans. It is set up at the account level, not inside the questionnaire design.

Set the advanced options

Still in the Creation module, refine your respondents' experience:

1. Add an introduction message to present your questionnaire.
2. Set up the end page: thank-you message, redirection, score display.
3. Add a timer, per page or for the whole questionnaire, for timed quizzes and exams.

The timer is available only to customers with a PRO+ or PRO+ Team subscription.

Test your questionnaire before sharing it

Before you publish, use the Preview module to check everything under the same conditions as your respondents:

1. Check the flow of your questions and pages.
2. Test your conditional branching, which works exactly as it does in production.
3. See the final result by switching between the desktop, tablet and mobile views.

Good to know: answers entered in preview never appear in your results, statistics or exports. You can clear them at any time from the Results module. Want an outside opinion? The "Get a test link" button generates a shareable address so a colleague can test your questionnaire without an Evalandgo account.
